My perspective was shaped early on through a lineage of women in my family who taught me the craft of garment-making, and later refined through more than two decades leading design across global brands.

As a leader, I focus on helping teams uncover deeper sources of inspiration—drawing from history, craft, and lived experience—to create work that is relevant, thoughtful, and timeless. I believe great product comes from a balance of creative rigor and intention, and I aim to build teams where people feel proud of what they create and how they create it.
